When I log in I receive the message “Unknown log-in data”
Upper case and lower case letters are important when you are logging in to PARSHIP. This applies to both your email address (or username/codename, as applicable) and your password. For instance, if your password is ‘Henry’, ‘henry’ will not be accepted.
If you wish to log in with your PARSHIP codename (instead of your username or email address), make sure to use the digit zero ‘0’, not the letter ‘O’. In codenames, PARSHIP only uses the digit zero ‘0’.
If you have forgotten your password or login identity, you can ask for them to be sent to you.
